I am trying to help my sister in law Deborah Carter Bergman locate her
father George Lawson Carter (Caucasian)originally from Lebanon, TN. He
served in the US Army in the early 1950's . Was posted at Fort
Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. This is where he met and married
Deborah's mother. They lived in Lebanon, PA for a short time. He was
father to Deborah Carter and Vincent Carter. He then divorced their
mother. Debbie has not seen him since she was three years old. She is
interested in locating any family from TN or anywhere else that might
have known her father. Or just get to know her relatives on her
